30-day returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, and with all parts and accessories included.
Items that cannot be returned
- Items that have been used, chewed, washed or worn by a pet
- Opened consumables such as treats, food, supplements, shampoos and grooming liquids
- Hygiene items such as waste bags, pee pads and litter products once opened
- Gift cards and items marked as final sale
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email admin@choicehomeware.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. In most cases you will not need to send the item back.
How to start a return
- Email admin@choicehomeware.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.
Return shipping costs
For returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong size or style, return shipping is paid by the customer and original shipping charges are non-refundable. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover all costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Order cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund if you contact us within 12 hours of placing it and it has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy.
