These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of nuylo.com (the “Site”) and your purchases from Nuylo, operated by Choice Homeware LLC, Arizona, United States (“Nuylo,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. We sell to customers with shipping addresses in the United States only.
2. Products and descriptions
We try to display products, colors and descriptions accurately, but colors may vary by screen, and product packaging may differ slightly from images. Product sizes and measurements are approximate.
3. Pet safety
Always choose products that suit your pet’s size, age and behavior, and follow any instructions included with the product. Supervise your pet when using toys, chews and accessories, inspect products regularly, and remove any item that is damaged or worn. No product is indestructible. Our products are not a substitute for veterinary advice; consult your veterinarian about your pet’s health, diet or behavior.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel any order placed at that price and refund you in full. Payment is due at checkout.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is a pricing error. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these Terms.
7. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
8. Reviews and submissions
If you post a review or other content, it must be honest, based on your own experience, and lawful. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and reproduce it in connection with the Site. We may remove content at our discretion.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including the Nuylo name and logo, text, graphics and images, belongs to Nuylo or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
10. Prohibited use
You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, or use automated tools to scrape or copy it.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as stated in our Refund & Returns Policy, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuylo and Choice Homeware LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nuylo and Choice Homeware LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or products or your breach of these Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us at admin@choicehomeware.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated Terms are posted.
