Nuylo ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We currently do not ship outside the United States.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on every order — no minimum.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Time, on weekends or on holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Once processed, standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. Our products ship from partner fulfillment centers, so items in the same order may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost to you. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak seasons.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement after the label is created. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at admin@choicehomeware.com.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to update it before it ships.
Lost, delayed or stolen packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office and wait 48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early. If it still has not arrived, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipping, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
